3rd Team Vs Ashby 3

The 3rd team travelled to their furthest fixture for their opening match of the season. Honours were shared at the end of the evening with Mo Martin and Liz Gist posting wins for Syston. Final result 2-2, Match Drawn.

1st Team Vs Melton 1

The first team faced a tough opening match this week against Melton 1. One by one Syston were overpowered by the stronger Melton team with only Liz Gist on board 5 managing a hard fought win and preventing a whitewash. Final result 4-1 to Melton.
